plant builds only the first unit. no permanent production units. in the factory to select multiple units, but built only one.
how to force it to build many more units?

завод строит только первого юнита .нет постоянного производства юнитов . в заводе выбираешь несколько юнитов , но строится только один.
как заставить его строить много юнитов?
