Anything better than Sorian AI? It's better, but still sucks

At first the default AI was good enough, but then I began to learn the game. After the slow climb of learning the game, I was able to finally get good enough.



The default AI is pathetically easy once you've learned the game. So, I downloaded the Sorian AI, reading about how it is the best.



The regular Sorian AI is just as easy as the default AI. It is TOO easy. I win hands down, without even as much as a little effort. I tried out the CHEATING AI, and it's TOO hard. The difference between Sorian AI and Sorian C AI is very dramatic.



I have tried countless times to beat the Cheating AI to no avail. I did win once, thinking I "unlocked a secret", only to find I had the x2 resource mod on, So nope, I still can't beat the Cheating AI.



But the non-cheating Sorian AI doesn't even put up a fight...



Is there anything better that doesn't cheat, or doesn't cheat as much?|||Not really better, but alternative, AIs are the ones packed with Sorian's in his merged pack (Brent, Duel, Tortuga, Bean, Jaws etc.)



Then there's one called HAL, which unfortunately i've lost the link for.|||You can try toning down the resource multiplier the cheating AI gets.|||You might try playing the Sorian AI on a different map; some maps are not very AI friendly (like Seton's).|||for a good game against sorian's, wait half an hour before launching a serious attack|||The new version (2.7b) now has an option in the lobby (where you change the map) where you can adjust the cheat level. 15 is the default, so you can lower it to make the cheating AI cheat less.
