Your work on AI mods is astounding, and the fact you're still adding little bits to your FA AI is just brilliant.
Now, with SupCom2 coming next year, can you tell us if you're going to be creating AI's for that too? Are you looking forward to getting your hands on this "Neural Net" AI?|||my two cents are if sup com2 needs one I bet he will

Where did you read they are using a Neural net?|||duncane|||i was excited by that, but i think it's just a bit of propaganda and hyperbole thrown together for the press-release.
afterall, the strategy manager is capable of seeing lots of AA, and deciding to hold back on gunships.|||The strategy manager wasn't a primary component of the SupCom/FA stock AI though, was it?
So, in essence, it is new. Yes, I'd agree it's definately a marketing thing, but if it wasn't included before, they're allowed to show it off, right?
Correct me if I'm wrong on that.
I'd say from what little we've heard about the SupCom2 AI, it'll be a lot more dynamic, and therefore a lot more fun to mod in all different ways! :)
@both Duncane and Sorian: I'd love to see your knowledge and work applied to SupCom2. We *need* AI modders to enhance the gaming experience, as the stock AI's can get predictable and easy. Plus, if there's two of you working to 1'UP each other, the mods can only get better and better

I have not seen any article that mentions an online database for the AI. I think someone just misinterpreted the term "neural net".|||Im basing this guess on the term.
Im guessing that with a neural net all ais are aware of the other ais and therefore can coordinate attacks or change thier tactics based on what the other ais are doing.|||The term "neural network" refers to the network like structure within the architecture, not to a network between applications.|||very interesting.
it'd be pretty cool to see that thing Minimax out the game to show imbalances.
