Our first attempt was met with a desync at the first beat of the game as soon as we gated in (2v2 sorian aix adaptive ). After a couple more failed attempts to get it working i then took some advice and deleted preferences from gpg folder in my c drive and the game didn't dysnc. However the enemy just stood and did nothing at all.
the normal sorian ais work fine its just the cheating ones that don't work. The only mod i have used recently is LDs 3606 mod and i disabled it for our games. We both have the exact game setup with no extra mods on or ai adjustments.
Anyone any idea what causes this or can reproduce it yourself as id really like to find a solution if possible so we can 2v2 some cheating ais.
Thanks|||Play humans it's allot more fun.|||Do you have Sorian's cheating AI adjustments mod installed too? That's what I use to play cheating AIs over lan with my friends, and I've never had any problems.
I'd also consider trying Sorian's 1.99d AI instead of the 2.0.
I've had a few problems with the 2.0 version and I generally think it's less aggressive and so a less challenging opponent. So I'd recommend the 1.99d version even if you weren't having this specific problem with 2.0.|||Raiden i play with people all the time regular and love it, i know its better with people but i want to play with ai for a bit if that ok with you?

There you go|||Thanks alot ill give it a try later and fingers crossed it works :)|||Personally I prefer 1.9c. It seems more agressive the 1.9d especially when the Sorian AIx is Aeon.
Sorian does know that 2.0 is a little feeble, from memory I think he said he made some changes to make it more compatible with some mods.
