I'm new to modding and was tinkering with an AI for Orbital Wars so the AI builds orbital units.
I created aiarchtype-orbwar to build an orbital factory, but the SCU just walks around in circles. Is it possible the footprint of the factory is too big and SCU just can't find a place to build it? I'm using the Asteroid map. If he just moves outside his landing zone he'll find a spot to place it.

Im not really into new unit mods as they tend to unbalance the game but if you ask the mods author they can make an AI easily with Sorians mod as it allows custom units to be built (just needs one file to set out the unit IDs in AI format).
